We do a lot of renovations in condos, where we need to keep th dust down...almost non existant. I came across this site on the net an decided to try out the product. The rep on the phone told me I was covered by a 30 day money back guarantee, so I thought why not. I received my product, the vacuum and sander came packaged fairly well. I would suggest puting a little more packing around the head of the unit. -We all know how those freight companies can treat the product. Otherwise it all arrived as promised. Now the test...might look good but until you use it for a while you never know. I've used a shop vac with the unit before but I always found that the filter would clogg up. The Vac that I purchased from King was the canister unit that you wear over the shoulder. It's a pretty good idea, you don't have a long hose that robs you of suctions and it was specifically desinged for drywall dust from what the sales rep said so there is no filter to clogg. I would rate the unit pretty high, it traps all the dust and the unit turns on automatically when you turn the sander on. Inside the canvas sac is a vacuum bag that you would find inside your hoover vac inside your house. I went through about three bags for the condo I was working on. All around I would say that I was pleased with not filling up my customers finished condo with dust. A little more packing around the head and I'll give you 5 out of 5 for now 4!
